The company, on Dec. 18, announced that Board of Directors has voluntarily decided to move the listing of its common stock from The NASDAQ Capital Market to the OTC Markets’ OTCQB marketplace (“OTCQB”). Cereplast expects that its stock will begin trading on the OTCQB under its ticker symbol “CERP” effective December 17, 2012. Cereplast will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 17, 2012 and cease trading on NASDAQ on December 14, 2012.

Generex Biotechnology Corporation(OTC:GNBT) shares decreased 14.63% to $0.0350. The company recently announced that it entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain institutional investors on December 10, 2012. The investors have agreed to purchase an aggregate of 750 shares of the Company’s newly designated non-voting Series D 9% Convertible Preferred Stock (convertible preferred stock) and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 100% of the shares of its common stock issuable upon conversion of the convertible preferred stock (warrants) at the closing.

Additionally, Goldman Sachs assumed coverage on shares of SCTY in a report released this week. The firm issued a buy rating and a $18.00 target price on the stock.

Additionally, the company anticipates rooftop solar installations climbing 60% in fiscal 2013. SolarCity offers homeowners a “solar lease” that allows them to pay for the panels and electricity that they generate over time, often for less than it would cost to buy electricity from a local utility.
