New York, NY – (NISMAGAZINE) – 2/24/2013- Frontline Ltd.(NYSE:FRO) declined 13.45% to close at $2.51 while trading a volume of almost 3 million shares vs its normal volume of average 726,808 shares. Last week the company reported Q4 EPS of -$0.21 and warned that if the tanker market did not recover, it may not have sufficient cash repay a convertible bond loan of $225 million scheduled to mature in April 2015. “Such a situation might force a restructuring of the Company, including modifications of charter lease obligations and debt agreements,” it said.

Century Aluminum Co (NASDAQ:CENX), fell almost 7% to close at $8.22 after trading 2 million shares. The company is an aluminium producer and reported fourth-quarter EPS of -$0.08 which beat consensus by $0.06. It reported quarterly revenue of $317.7 million which was off estimates by $0.5 million. The Bank of America reaffirmed its neutral rating on shares of the company and assigned a price target of $9.00 to the stock.

Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE:END) fell 10.23% to $2.72 after trading nearly 3 million shares. The company is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the production, exploration, development and acquisition of crude oil and natural gas in the United Kingdom North Sea and the United States onshore, and institutions own a high 77% of it. Its market cap is $126.75 million. The company announced that it will discuss its 2012 year-end and fourth-quarter financial and operating results on March 6, 2013.
