Skullcandy Inc (NASDAQ:SKUL) shares declined 1.46% to $6.74 in the morning hour. The company could be an acquisition target because its stock price has fallen by two thirds since it began trading in July, 2011. David King, an analyst for Roth Capital, told Bloomberg the company’s management may not be pushing for a sale, but added “you can’t ignore” the possibility of a deal “when the stock’s trading where it is and the value being as cheap as it is.

KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ:KLAC) stock jumped 9.20% to $56.75 after the company reported a second quarter profit of $106.6 million, or 63 cents a share, down from $110.8 million, or 66 cents a share, a year earlier. Adjusted earnings were also 63 cents a share, down from 72 cents a year ago. Revenue climbed 4.8% to $673 million, while product revenue increased 4.5% to $523 million.
Additionally, the company expects third quarter of 2013 revenue to be in the range of $690 million to $750 million and non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) in the range of $0.76 to $0.96 assuming an effective tax rate of 18% in the march quarter to account for the reinstatement of the R&D tax credit. Analysts were expecting the Company to report revenues of $724 million and EPS of $0.86 for third quarter of 2013.

Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE:OSK) shares jumped 13.77% to $39.35 after the company reported first quarter net income of $46.2 million, or $0.51 per diluted share, as compared to $38.9 million, or $0.43 per diluted share, in the first quarter of fiscal 2012. Adjusted first quarter net income was $55.1 million, or $0.60 per diluted share, compared to $34.6 million, or $0.39 per diluted share, in the first quarter of fiscal 2012. Consolidated net sales in the first quarter of fiscal 2013 were $1.76 billion, a decrease of 6.1% compared to the prior year first quarter.
